Bred in the United States, Topaz Jewel is a wonderful Rugosa that blooms butter-yellow and ages to cream. She has 3.5” flowers with 20-30 petals produced in small clusters. Topaz Jewel has a moderate fruity scent and will grow to be around 2-5’ tall and up to 7’ wide as she spreads to fill out a corner of your garden with delightful blooms and a delicious scent.
