The first of the Portland Roses, Duchess of Portland is a fragrant rose of bright crimson with semi-double, 3.5” blooms. She is an exceptional sight when in full bloom. Expect her to grow as an upright, spreading plant with medium-green foliage. Duchess of Portland repeat blooms throughout the season and will stay between 2-4’ tall and 2-3’ wide.
