Apeldoorn

Apeldoorn produces classic, massive, red blooms on strong 22-24″ stems that are perfect for arrangements. Her 5″ flowers are very weather-resistant which is why she is one of the most loved tulips in the world. Plant in large groupings for a dramatic, cheerful display.

Apeldoorn is sold in packs of 10 for fall planting.

Planting Instructions:

1. Choose an area with partial to full sun that has good drainage.
2. Dig a hole 6-8 inches deep and mix granular fertilizer with soil at the bottom of the hole.
3. Place bulbs 2-3 inches apart with points facing upward, and then gently pack the soil over the bulb.
4. Water once and then not again till spring.
